If your department has forwarded a Departmental Promotion Committee proposal that includes you, you may view the data it recorded about you before the Committee sits.

• What you will see Your date of birth, qualification, date of joining the current post, category, and your year-wise CR grades, loyalty and immovable-property records — exactly as your department supplied them.
• What you will not see No marks, no remarks and no promotion decision. Those are produced by the Committee, which has not yet sat.
• Every visit is recorded The date, time and outcome of each attempt to open this screen is written to a permanent record.
